TOGA was honoured to host an iCIRT event for our purchasers over the weekend, with special guest Building Commissioner, David Chandler OAM in attendance. The event spoke to the introduction of the Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT) and the importance of iCIRT in the construction industry with its push to improve transparency and confidence to property purchasers.
TOGA recently achieved a 4.5 gold-star iCIRT rating and was awarded the August 2022 Transparency award. TOGA is one of only three developers to be awarded the 4.5 gold-stars so far – the highest rating achieved to date by a developer. The Kensington by TOGA is currently the only 4.5 gold-star rated developer offering apartments for sale in Kensington.
